Justin Diggle is currently based in Salt Lake City and teaches Printmaking at the University of Utah. He received a Foundation Diploma from West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham, UK in 1986, a B.A.(Hons) in Fine Art from Bristol Polytechnic, Bristol, UK in 1989, and an M.F.A. from Southern Illinois University in 1997.
